(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. 4、須具有《食品經(jīng)營許可證》，且涵蓋承包內(nèi)容相匹配的經(jīng)營項目；
5、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
