(2) Suppliers must have a general contracting qualification of Level 3 or above (including Level 3) for water conservancy and hydropower construction, and the project leader should have a professional technical title of intermediate or above in water conservancy or a qualification certificate of Level 2 registered constructor or above for water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
